This means that materials are purchased, time is pre-allocated, and fees are incurred. If we are not working to such strict time limits, we may not be able to meet our delivery guidelines. Please make sure your order is correct before clicking the submit button.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

Return Policy
Damage and Warranty
If the package and doll are severely damaged, you should file a claim with the shipping company when you receive the package. What is not covered by the warranty?
User Damage: We have quality-checked all dolls before shipping. Please be careful when using the doll. Any suspicious and user-caused damage is not covered by the warranty.
Second-hand Dolls: Any used dolls are not covered by the warranty.
Skin Imperfections: The skin color shown on the computer screen is slightly different from the skin color you receive, which is normal.
Finger and Toe Nails: The nails on the doll may become loose during shipping or after you receive the package, as we only use light glue to ensure that buyers can remove the nails. If the nails fall off, just use our eyelash and nail glue to glue them back on.
Loose Eyelashes: A protective eye shield (sponge-like) will be attached to the doll's face to protect her eyes. Even if the eyelashes fall off, You can re-glue them yourself by purchasing your favorite eyelash and nail glue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
