Cancellation Policy
Order processing begins within 6 hours of receiving your payment—the factory starts making your custom doll or our team starts packing your stock doll. This means that materials are purchased, time is pre-allocated, and fees are incurred. If we are not working to such strict time limits, we may not be able to meet our delivery guidelines. Please make sure your order is correct before clicking the submit button.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Please do not place an order until you are sure what you want. Once you have decided to pay, you should be fully committed to keeping them. Return Policy
Damage and Warranty
If the package and doll are severely damaged, you should file a claim with the shipping company when you receive the package. We will arrange a new replacement or provide compensation depending on the severity of the damage. For minor damage, we will provide all the necessary tool kits to help you repair the item.
Therefore, after receiving the doll, you must check it from head to toe before you can use it. It should be brand new and unwashed. This is very important. If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not entitled to a return or exchange. You must use common sense and take care of the item to avoid damaging the product.

What is not covered by the warranty?
User Damage: We have quality-checked all dolls before shipping. Please be careful when using the doll. Any suspicious and user-caused damage is not covered by the warranty.
Second-hand Dolls: Any used dolls are not covered by the warranty.
Skin Imperfections: The skin color shown on the computer screen is slightly different from the skin color you receive, which is normal.
Finger and Toe Nails: The nails on the doll may become loose during shipping or after you receive the package, as we only use light glue to ensure that buyers can remove the nails. If the nails fall off, just use our eyelash and nail glue to glue them back on.
Loose Eyelashes: A protective eye shield (sponge-like) will be attached to the doll's face to protect her eyes. Even if the eyelashes fall off, You can re-glue them yourself by purchasing your favorite eyelash and nail glue.
Makeup Differences: We have tried our best to reproduce the makeup of the photographer in the photos. However, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. Each doll may differ slightly from the picture. In the rare case that you don't like it, you can remove the makeup and make it up to your liking.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. We recommend that you contact us first at support@aliadoll.com. Due to industry and product reasons, we must be cautious with all consumer returns. After contacting us, our staff will remind you to show your receipt or proof of purchase, including recent photos and videos of the product, so that we can confirm whether the product is eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds
